Dayara Bugyal, located in Uttarkashi district, Uttarakhand, is a beautiful Himalayan alpine meadow known for its scenic beauty and popularity as a trekking and camping destination. Positioned at an average elevation of 3,639 meters, it is about 40 km from Uttarkashi and is surrounded by Deodar and Rhododendron trees, creating a rich natural environment with diverse flora and fauna. In the winter, the meadow transforms into a picturesque snow-covered wonderland. This trek is classified as easy to moderate, making it suitable for beginners. Its stunning landscapes and manageable difficulty level make it an ideal choice for outdoor enthusiasts and adventure seekers.

The workshop is conducted by award winning astrophotographer, science communicator, astronomer Atish Aman. He has been conducting astrophotography masterclasses, and stargazing programs across India for the past 17+ years. He specialized in breaking down complex concepts in a simple way and helping participants practically apply concepts to take detailed photos.

Terms & Conditions
1. Due to its unpredictability, we will not be responsible for bad weather during the
workshop and no refund will be provided in this case.
2. Sessions of the workshop are subject to change according to weather conditions.
3. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any session in the workshop.
4. In case the workshop is cancelled for unforeseen reasons from our end, full payment
will be refunded to the participants, however, we will not be responsible for any
losses that may occur due to travel arrangements made by participants.
5. In case of cancellation from the participant side up to 7 days prior to the workshop, 50%
of the amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refund will be done after that.
6. In case of cancelation from participants side the advance booking payment will not be refunded.
7. We are not responsible for loss, damage, and theft of personal belonging. We are
also, not responsible for any mishap or damage during the workshop.
8. Accommodation will be provided in double sharing to all the participants if not
customized.
9. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is included in the participation fee.
10. Registration will be confirmed only after receiving the entire payment.
11. For applicants under the age of 18 years, a letter of consent is required from
parents/guardians.
12. Participants are responsible for their travel to and from Kausani on their
own.
13. Participants are also responsible for their travel back to the home city from Kausani
and vice versa.
